Talk to yourself, your body will listen!

“I release all Dis-Ease from my body and welcome Health, Love and Happiness into my life.  Breathe in Love, Breathe out Gratitude.”  Great “mantra” to use in the salt cave!   I love this expression of the word disease.  Break it down.  Dis Ease can be anything that makes you uneasy.  Talk to yourself.  Let your body know you acknowledge your discomfort and  that your are strong enough to release what does not serve you and breathe in what does.  Inhale = Inspire, to draw in, to invite.  Wishing you all light and love during the darkest season of winter and through all the seasons of your life.
