Spring Cleaning with Salt Inside & Out!

We have bags of salt for you!

You already know a salt air halotherapy session in the cave is good for cleaning your respiratory system.  Here are a few tips on how to use salt for energetic cleaning and household cleaning.

                                              Protect your home with salt.

Did you know that in Feng Shui, your front door is called the Mouth of Qi?  It’s the main entry point for energy into your home.  When you place salt at your entrance, you’re creating a powerful energetic filter, inviting in only high-vibrational energy while absorbing negativity at the threshold.

Sprinkle a line of  salt outside your front door to create a protective barrier.

Place a small bowl of salt inside near the entrance to absorb stagnant energy.

Mix in herbs like rosemary, rue, or black salt.

Refresh the salt weekly and dispose of it outside to clear collected energy.

Salt is a natural, versatile cleaner that can help you tidy up your home
