It’s a decade darlin! A heartfelt Thank You for showing up. It has been a great honor to serve you all. Chris and I took about 4 months to build and opened our doors in August 2017.
So many customers of all ages. So many celebrations; birthdays, anniversaries, co worker bonding time, retirement, girls day out, family wellness, bridal parties, teacher appreciation, graduations.
And of course, people coming in to help alleviate respiratory issues such as asthma, sinusitis, allergies and skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema. The negative ions of the salt have also been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue. Great for back to school or during finals.
I am asked many times throughout the years “do you go in there?” YES! I Love the grounding effects of burring my feet in the salt and just taking the time to breathe. I always feel like I come back to myself and am comforted and refreshed.
It’s been a delight to get to chat before or after your session. You have truly enriched my life!

We have offered; Guided meditation, journaling, yoga, sound healing, qigong, massage, foot reflexology, Tarot reading, breathwork, reiki healing, And the musicians for sound healing! Digeridoo, singing bowls, gong bath, flute, ocean drums.
